Research and Setting Prices:
Estate Sales by Courtney, are conducted to sell personal property-furniture, china, antiques, books, pictures, collectibles, etc at the best price possible. We take an inventory of every item that is to be sold and research any additional venues to consider selling an item of unique interest. Clothing may or may not be excepted, depending on the amount, age and condition of clothing.  Since our fee is based on the total sale, it is to our advantage to sell your items at the highest possible, however to ensure the sale of items we ask for the right to negotiate. Each item at the sale will have a marked price.
